Article 2 Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through House of Bratz Academy.
2.2 By placing a purchase, the buyer accepts these terms.
2.3 House of Bratz B.V. reserves the right to amend these terms. The most current version is always available on our website.
Article 3 Products & offerings
3.1 House of Bratz Academy offers digital training videos focused on aesthetic treatments, including the House of Bratz signature techniques.
3.2 The content of the training videos is intended exclusively for certified and qualified medical professionals and practitioners.
3.3 All product information is described as accurately as possible. Minor deviations are reserved.
Article 4 Prices & payment
4.1 All prices are listed in euros and are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be completed at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.
4.3 House of Bratz B.V. reserves the right to change prices. Completed orders will not be adjusted retroactively.
Article 5 Delivery of digital products
5.1 After successful payment, the buyer will receive access to the digital training videos via a personal link or environment.
5.2 The buyer is responsible for having a working internet connection and suitable equipment.
5.3 House of Bratz B.V. aims to deliver access immediately after payment. In case of technical issues, the buyer will be contacted as soon as possible.
Article 6 Right of withdrawal & refunds
6.1 The training videos of House of Bratz Academy are digital products made immediately available after payment. No cooling-off period applies.
6.2 Pursuant to Article 6:230p(e) of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery of digital content has commenced. The buyer explicitly agrees to this at checkout via a mandatory tick box.
6.3 When completing the order, the buyer confirms the following: I agree to the terms and conditions and understand that I will receive immediate access to digital content. By doing so, I waive my right of withdrawal.
The purchase cannot be completed without this confirmation.
6.4 Refunds are not available. The sole exception applies in the case of a demonstrable technical fault that makes the video entirely inaccessible. The buyer must report this within 48 hours via info@houseofbratz.nl.
6.5 For B2B transactions, purchases by professionals and companies, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Article 7 Intellectual property
7.1 All content of House of Bratz Academy, including training videos, methods, techniques and imagery, is the property of House of Bratz B.V. and protected by copyright.
7.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, resell or share the content with third parties in any form.
7.3 In case of violation, House of Bratz B.V. reserves the right to take legal action and claim damages.
Article 8 Liability
8.1 The training videos are intended solely as supplementary educational material for qualified professionals. House of Bratz B.V. is not responsible for the application of the techniques taught.
8.2 House of Bratz B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit resulting from the use of the training videos.
8.3 The liability of House of Bratz B.V. is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
Article 9 Privacy
9.1 House of Bratz B.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9.2 Personal data is used exclusively for the execution of the agreement and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
Article 10 Governing law & disputes
10.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
10.3 Consumers may also submit a complaint via the European Commission’s ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
