Botox treatments

Fade wrinkles and relieve medical complaints with House of Bratz’s Botox treatments.

Botox treatments keep your skin youthful and help you relax your overactive muscles. Botulinum toxin is a natural protein used to temporarily paralyze muscles and is administered using an injection needle.

How does Botox work?
Botulinum toxin blocks the transmission of stimuli from nerves to muscles, preventing muscle activity. Botulinum toxin is a protein that can be injected in small amounts in a very dilute form. Botox is used in many ways although it is best known for its ability to prevent wrinkles. Botox is also used as an anti-perspiration treatment. The neural signals that prompt the glands to produce perspiration are blocked, stopping excessive sweating. Botox is also used to treat bruxism (teeth grinding/grinding). It relaxes the chewing muscle, preventing teeth clenching and grinding. Botox is also a useful treatment for people suffering from migraines. Relaxing certain muscles in the face can relieve a lot of pain. Botox is seen as ‘only’ a beautifying agent, but it is so much more than that!

Botox is an abbreviation for botulinum toxin, a protein made by bacteria that blocks the transmission of nerve impulses to muscles.

By injecting Botox into the muscle, the nerve impulse that causes the contraction is temporarily blocked. The wrinkles are softened or disappear completely. It prevents the formation of new wrinkles. The effect of Botox is not permanent. Treatments can be repeated without any problems. This injectable is considered completely safe (in the hands of a licensed practitioner).

You need to be at least 18 years old to undergo a House of Bratz Botox treatment.

Botulinum toxin is a naturally occurring protein. Botox blocks the nerve impulses, causing the muscles to relax. It is well known that Botox can be used to reduce or eliminate wrinkles, but Botox can also be used to solve medical problems. For example, a Botox treatment is very suitable for treating sweaty feet or armpits and is used for grinding teeth, migraine, and overactive muscles. Botox also keeps current wrinkles from getting worse. Because the muscle activity is reduced with Botox, the wrinkle cannot develop further. However, this is only the case during the efficacy of Botox (4 to 6 months) and so the treatment will have to be repeated to maintain this effect.

Botox does not have a lasting effect; it wears off after 3 to 4 months on average. If you repeatedly undergo Botox treatments, the wrinkle you’re treating cannot develop further. That is why Botox can also be used preventively in the fight against wrinkles.

Botox is very safe and does not harm the body. Botox is broken down again by the body. Choose a licensed practitioner to ensure safe and beautiful results.
