Hygiene rules Covid-19
The Covid-19 pandemic, also known as the coronavirus pandemic, is an ongoing global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). The novel virus was first identified in December 2019, and attempts to contain it have failed, allowing it to spread across the globe. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020 and a pandemic on 11 March 2020. Sadly, the pandemic is still going on. House of Bratz has multiple measures in place to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, for which we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
To ensure a safe and comfortable space for all our clients, the following additional rules of conduct and hygiene have been drawn up:
- When you arrive in the House of Bratz clinic, one of our employees will perform triage on your arrival. The triage is aimed at inquiring about your personal health problems or your housemates’ health problems.
- We ask you kindly to not enter our clinic if you suffer from a cough, a cold, a sore throat, or a fever. If you have a housemate who is currently in quarantine, you cannot come to the clinic, even if you yourself don’t have any symptoms.
- We do not shake hands in our clinic. We miss it just as much as our clients, but sadly, any type of touch that is not medical (or cosmetic) in nature is strictly forbidden.
- We ask you kindly that you do not arrive earlier than necessary and that you come by yourself. Supervisors are not allowed in the clinic; they will have to wait outside (in the car).
- When you enter the House of Bratz clinic, we ask you to disinfect your hands.
- When you are within the House of Bratz clinic, wearing a facemask is mandatory.
- We keep our clients safe and ask you to keep each other safe by ensuring that there is at least 1.5 metres of distance between you and the other people within the clinic. This includes clients as well as the employees of House of Bratz.
- Keep yourself safe by touching your eyes, mouth, and nose as little as possible.
- When you sneeze or cough, please do so into your elbow. When needed, use paper tissues, and throw them away immediately after use.
- We accept cash payments, but only when you can pay the exact amount. We would, however, prefer that you pay by card because money carries germs.
Your safety is important to us, and that is why we do our utmost best to ensure your and all our other clients’ safety. Fact is, we cannot do it alone. We depend on you to follow these rules, so we can all feel safe and comfortable within the House of Bratz clinic. We understand that some of these rules may be a bother to you, but we kindly ask you to follow them anyway. If you, for some reason, cannot follow the rules, for example if you have a medical reason, please alert the House of Bratz assistant, so she can take the right precautions.
